Terms of Service

First Draft FC is a members' football club. Membership is by request and is subject to approval. Submitting a request does not by itself grant access.

• You request to join by providing your name, phone number and playing position.
• An organiser reviews the request and activates your profile. We may decline a request without giving a reason.
• Your account is tied to your phone number and secured with a PIN. Keep it to yourself. You are responsible for bookings made from your account.
• You must be 16 or older to hold an account. Members under 18 need a parent or guardian's consent.
• We may deactivate an account for repeated no-shows, unpaid dues, or conduct that affects other members.

• Sessions are published on a rolling calendar. Booking reserves one slot for you, in your name, for that session.
• If a session is already full you join the waitlist instead. Waitlist order is goalkeepers first, then core members, then first-come-first-served.
• Waitlisted players pay nothing until a slot opens and the promotion is confirmed.
• Slots are personal. You may not resell or transfer a slot to someone else without an organiser's approval.

Long-standing regulars may be designated core members and are automatically booked into each session when it is published.

• A core slot that has not been paid for by 18:00 on the day of the match is automatically released and becomes available to all members.
• Core members can release a slot earlier by cancelling it themselves.
• Core status is granted and withdrawn at the club's discretion.

• The session fee is ₹200 per player, per session. It covers pitch hire, bibs and the match ball.
• There is no membership fee, subscription or joining charge. You pay only for sessions you book.
• Payment is due at the time of booking. Your slot is confirmed once payment has been recorded against it.
• Unpaid slots may be released so another member can play.
• Fees can change as venue costs change. Any change applies to sessions booked after the change, never retrospectively.

You can cancel a booking yourself up to 2 hours before kickoff. Refunds for paid bookings are credited to your club wallet. The full policy, including how disputes are handled, is set out in our Cancellations & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these terms.

• Sessions are played at Play 365, Bengaluru. You must follow the venue's rules while on site.
• Turn up on time, in appropriate footwear for the surface, and ready to play.
• Abuse, discrimination, violent play and intimidation are not tolerated and are grounds for immediate removal.
• Football carries a risk of injury. You take part at your own risk and should satisfy yourself that you are fit to play.
• Tell an organiser about any medical condition that might need attention during a session.

Match chat, ratings and team feedback are visible to other members. Post nothing you would not say on the pitch. We may remove content and restrict access where it breaches these terms.

Sessions may be cancelled for weather, venue closure or too few players. Where a session is cancelled by the club, paid players are credited in full to their club wallet, and no cancellation cutoff applies.

To the extent permitted by law, First Draft FC is not liable for injury, loss or damage to property arising from participation in a session, save where caused by our negligence. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms as the club changes. The current version is always at this address, with the date it was last updated shown at the top. Continuing to book sessions after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
